PHOTOS:Floyd Mayweather Breaks Silence On Boxing Comeback After First Round Knock-out Win In Japan

The 50-0 retired boxer proved he's still got it by destroying a young challenger

Floyd Mayweather knocked out Japanese kickboxer Tenshin Nasukawa within one round of their New Year’s Eve exhibition bout.

The American boxing great headed to Tokyo for the fight after being offered $9million for a nine-minute contest.

In the end, it didn’t even last that long.

Floyd Mayweather had no trouble flattening Tenshin Nasukawa

Mayweather toyed with his massively overmatched opponent for the first minute, before then dropping him three times en route to a stoppage victory.

The first knockdown came via a left hook to the temple which seemingly scrambled Nasukawa’s senses and sent him sprawling to the floor.

He made it back to his feet, but was then soon put down again, by virtue of a ferocious right uppercut.

The devastated Nasukawa was pulled out by his corner after he touched the canvas for a third time – this time from another left hook – utterly bewildered by the 50-0 legend’s speed, timing and accuracy.

In his post-fight interview,Floyd Mayweather insisted he is still retired from boxing and will not be returning to compete in the actual sport any time in the future.

“It was all about entertainment – we had a lot of fun,” he stated, “They wanted this to happen in Japan, so I said ‘why not?'”

The American added: “I’m still undefeated; Tenshin is still undefeated,” and then told his opponent, “Tenshin, hold your head up high.”
